This transformation has effectively resulted in the consolidation and advancement of benchmarks and practices in education, research, and community service. Remarkably, even those educators, scientists, and researchers who were not granted the award during a particular cycle have proactively refined their pedagogical approaches and performance or realigned their research to better serve the community. They have intensified their engagement with the community and channeled their expertise to address community challenges and devise innovative solutions, catering to various members of the community or segments of society and collectively contributing to the betterment of the community.
