The Khalifa Award confirmed that taking care of the people determination especially cases that suffer chronic diseases of this group is given great care and concern by our wise leadership who provided them the suitable environment for their treatment and their care according to the latest practices in diagnosing, treatment and medical care.
This came clear during the visit of the Khalifa Award delegation who comprised Mohamed Salim Aldhahiri member of the trustee board of the Award, Amal Alafifi Secretary-General and a number of the Award Staff to Amana Medical Care in Abu Dhabi. They were welcomed by Clodya Sorys Director of operations management of the medical section in Amana Medical Care.
The delegation acquainted during the visit with the distinguished Medical facility of Amana and treatment programs given to patients of the people of determination who Amana provides them with the best ways and methods of care.
The members of the delegation met during their visit with several patients who expressed their respect for the medical care offered by Amana for each of them according to his health condition and necessary plans and treatment programs.
Mohamed Salim Aldhahiri expressed the gratitude of the Award to this essential group of the people of determination emphasizing the distinction of the services given to them and the medical and health care which sponsors for each of them the suitable ways for relieving their illness conditions.
Amal Alafifi Said : That this visit comes under the mission of Khalifa Award for Community interconnection and interaction with different groups, especially with people of determination , this group which the Award allocated for it a field under the name “ The People of determination field “ which is one of the important fields that attract different contributions from different relevant establishment and parties .
At the end of the visit, the delegation distributed a number of the Award issues for the succeeded works in its different sessions of childhood literature, stories and scientific publications to the people of determination who are sick.
