Creative Teacher Category – UAE and Arab World Levels
This applies to teachers in the Educational Sector (Government, private, technical, etc) under the Ministry of Education in the UAE and the Arab World. This award is granted to the teacher whose performance is exceptional, as proven by the application of a set of instruments based on clear scientific criteria and specific key performance indicators.
Terms and Conditions of Candidacy in General Education Field
Creative Teacher Category – UAE & Creative Teacher Category – Arab World
- The teacher must hold a recognized and duly attested university degree (Bachelor, master, Ph.D., Professional diploma after B.A.) from the country in which the attained degree is issued. The attained B.A. degree must be listed in the E-Candidature system along with other certificates, “if applicable.”
- The teacher shall have completed a minimum of three years in general education and still be working as a teacher when applying for the award.
- The candidate is required to receive a rating of (Outstanding) in the annual performance evaluation in one of the three years required for nomination and not less than a (Exceeds Expectation) rating or (Meets Expectations) for the remaining two
- The teacher shall attach their performance reports for the last three consecutive years, with a maximum of 20 pages for each standard. The size of one attachment shall not exceed 100 MB.

Institutional Educational Performance Category – UAE Level
This Category includes public, private, and technical schools in the UAE, which operate as one institution with a comprehensive educational system based on the institutional concept of work.
This Award is granted to an educational institution distinguished by its excellent and innovative performance in all educational fields. It aims to enhance institutional and educational work in the UAE, as proven by a set of academic instruments based on clear academic standards and specific performance indicators.
Institutional Educational Performance Category – Conditions for Nomination
- The educational institution applying for Candidacy of this category should have obtained a performance assessment equivalent to (Good) or above during the past three years, following the Evaluation and Control criteria.
- Nomination of a domain manager as a focal person to communicate with on behalf of the Institution in the category of Institutional Education Performance. (Name of the manager & their communication information to be listed in the recommendation letter.)
- The required data pertaining to the School’s principal must be filled in on the E-Candidature system, including the number of team members, which should not exceed 8, including the principal.
