The Award has a special place in our hearts. It was founded under the patronage of our beloved Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan – may Allah be merciful to him, the President of the United Arab Emirates. The award is blessed with the continuous support and follow up from our beloved president, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and the continuous attention and guidance by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
It is my honor to note that the award makes the winners feel that their work is valued. The award reflects approval and gratitude for each person’s good achievement, and it makes people aware that we will reward excellent work.
In fact, the Award is a simple act of acknowledging achievement that could play a significant role as a major boost for the recipient’s morale and performance. It reflects the contributions, and the feeling of ownership and pride. In other words, the award reflects the significance of positive recognition as an excellent way to motivate progression and good behavior in students, teachers, education leaders, parents, and researchers.
