Majid Al-Nuaimi: “Khalifa Award” enjoys a distinguished scientific status
The award delegation meets the owners and directors of kindergartens to introduce the fields in question

His Excellency Dr. Majid bin Ali Al Nuaimi, Head of the National Archives Center in the sisterly Kingdom of Bahrain and member of the Khalifa Award for Education’s Board of Trustees, received the delegation of the Khalifa Award for Education’s General Secretariat, which is currently on an official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, led by Mohammed Salem Al Dhaheri, member of the Award’s Board of Trustees, and Amal Al Afifi, Secretary-General of the Award. In the presence of Sheikh Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Director General of the National Charter, and a number of officials, Dr. Suad Al-Suwaidi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Award, Dr. Khaled Al-Abri, Dr. Jameela Khanji, and Hamid Ibrahim, members of the Award’s Executive Committee.
This visit is intended to introduce the award in its sixteenth session, which encompasses ten fields at the local, Arab, and worldwide levels, including the Khalifa International Award for Early Learning. The significance of the award in pushing the educational profession to produce outstanding practices at the educational level.
His Excellency commended the existing cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates in several domains, including education, citing the Khalifa Award for Education’s distinguished scientific reputation and contributions in rewarding new educational programs.
The delegation then participated in a consultative meeting for kindergarten owners and directors, which was held in the National Charter building, and they discussed the award’s message and objectives, as well as the fields presented, particularly the Khalifa International Award for Early Learning, which was presented by the award for the first time in the world. The delegation then went on a tour of the Charter building. They also visited its halls, which document the stages of the Kingdom of Bahrain’s ancient history and its growth path, and complimented the historical treasures included in the structure shown in an advanced manner, as well as its educational role in promoting national and human values.
The award delegation, on the other hand, visited the University of Bahrain in the Sakhir district, where they met Dr. Jawaher bint Shaheen Al Mudhahka, the university’s president, and representatives of the two teaching administration bodies. Communication mechanism between applicants and the award via the award’s website and smart applications supplied by the award to improve effective communication with nominees from all over the world.
