It also aims to motivate Arabic Language teachers in both government and private schools within the UAE, as well as at the University level.<\/p><p>Candidates may be Arabic Language teachers at public and private universities and academic institutions where teaching the Arabic language is part of the curriculum program, both in the UAE and throughout the Arab World.<\/p><p><strong>Target groups<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Innovative Arabic Language Teacher- General Education Sector- the UAE<\/li><li>Innovative Arabic Language University Lecturer- UAE<\/li><li>Innovative Arabic Language University Lecturer-the Arab World<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Nomination Conditions (Innovative Arabic Language Teacher- General Education Sector, the UAE):<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The candidate must hold a recognized and duly attested university degree (Bachelor, master, Ph.D., Professional diploma after B.A.) <br \/>from the country in which the attained degree is issued. The attained B.A. degree must be enlisted in the E-Candidature system along with other certificates, \u201cif applicable.\u201d.<\/li><li>The Candidate should have completed <strong>three<\/strong> years as a general education teacher or a university lecturer teaching Arabic language <br \/>and literature.<\/li><li>The candidate is required to receive a rating of (Outstanding) in the annual performance evaluation <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>in one of the three years<\/strong><\/span> required for nomination and not less than a (Exceeds Expectation) rating <strong>or<\/strong> (Meets Expectations) for the remaining <strong>two<\/strong> years<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Nomination Conditions: Innovative Arabic Language University Lecturer- UAE &amp; Arab World<\/strong><\/p><ol><li>The candidate must hold a recognized and duly attested university degree (Bachelor, master, Ph.D., Professional diploma after B.A.) from the country in which the attained degree is issued.
